At CubeSmart Self Storage, we say that it’s what’s inside that counts. That’s where you come in. As an Inbound Call Center agent, you will assist customers with their storage needs. You will have an opportunity to work in a fun and fast paced environment. You will be trained to provide service and genuine care in each call you handle. You will be trained to uphold the highest level of customer service on every call.
In our call center, you will have an opportunity to speak to customers and help them in some of their most challenging times. You will provide service and genuine care in each call you take.
